Music can help
When you are just very busy and still have many things to do, music can help reducing the stress. You can just turn on your music player and play your favorite music lists. Either listening to the music through your headset or your loud speaker, you have to set the volume low. Low volume is more relaxing, especially if you are listening to the music while working. There are many researches proving that music is able to activate the brain and trigger it to feel happier, especially slow and classical music. You can also try to listen to the music every night before sleeping.
Simple and relaxing exercise
If you have some leisure time, just try to workout in a relaxing place. You can just go jogging in the park where you might meet people. Jogging would also improve your blood circulation that would get you relaxed. Another great option is to go swimming. Water is one of the best stress therapy.
