Do you have a problem on sleeping? Do you produce more sweat than normal people? Or do you have respiratory problem? All of the question that I ask you are about the obesity symptom. This symptom will lead you into obesity. Obesity is a chronic problem which come from modern life style. This problem is also attack not just adults but teenagers and children. This kind of disease is identical with overweight or the sufferer has more fat than normal people. Actually, obesity come from many factor such as genetics or consumption of drugs but the most influence factor is a life style especially in this period. Many ways or many kind of method is telling us how to prevent the obesity, but how about if we already have attacked the obesity disease? Can we occur it? How to stop obesity?Actually, occur obesity is same as prevent it. The different is we must do this more discipline and serious not just do this in trial version. It same as when we take an exam, to prevent bad score, we just try to study, not serious at all. But, after the result of the exam come, we get the bad score. So, we must take a remedial test more serious to occur our bad score or we will left behind. The obesity is same too! When we attacked, we must occur this disease because obesity is a disease that potentially bring us into diabetes or the worst thing we will get heart disease. Here are some tips to make your life more precious because this article will answer your question about how to stop obesity:

Change the Life Style

Do you want to live well with no disease? Of course we do! But, let me tell some question before it. Have you eat junk food? How much do you eat it? Once a day? Twice? Are you a kind of people who eat snack in happy or stress condition? Or, have you do some exercise in this morning? Are you do it in routine? I think you don’t. How can you have a live well with no disease if you always do the wrong life style? Start to change your habits right now! Don’t waste your time with the wrong habits that I told you before. You can start to make a schedule of your food consumption like put more vegetables such as spinach, carrot, lettuce, tomato, and other kind of green vegetables to fulfill your vitamins and minerals needs. You also prepare many kind of fruits such as apple, banana, watermelon, guava, and many kind of fruits to replace your snacks. How about the carbohydrate needs? Should we still consume rice? Actually, if you a type who cannot live without rice, you still can eat it. But remember, do not eat it overly. But, I suggest you to replace rice with other carbohydrate such as corn, potato, brown rice, wheat, and many more. They can produce carbohydrate with less calorie than rice. For the dish, replace the chicken with boiled egg or fresh fish. It will fulfill your protein needs. If you want to eat chicken, eat the breast part of chicken because it have the less fat more than the other part. Actually, every people is having different needs of energy for their activity. A baby or child absolutely needs less calorie than adult. Just balance it with your needs of energy in and out. If you already do the step, support it with work out. Start to put the exercise in your schedule. You can put it into morning schedule before you go to work or early evening schedule. But, I suggest you to do exercise at the morning because the air is so fresh and good for your respiration. Besides, it can train you to wake up in early morning and make you more discipline and know the value of time.

Reduce the use of gadget

Why gadget? Because gadget can obstruct your program of stopping the obesity. It makes you to stay just in one place to play and use it in a whole day. But you have to know that in this period, gadget have important role mode because every activities in this modern era will include it. But, how to stop the obesity but still can use gadget? To make the program success, start to use gadget appropriate with your needs. I mean, reduce the activity like playing games, watch the TV, spend all of time for suffering the internet, and watch the DVD and drama or many activity that using the gadget. You can spend your time with many kind of activities such as walking, work out, sweep the yard, play the music, go bike, yoga, do hiking, hang out with a friend or do any kind of beneficial activities. All of the activities is also support your program because it will move your body not just stay in one place. Also it can improve your social skill because if you reduce your time of using a gadget, you will have a time to meet many people. You can share and ask the people with the same disease about how to stop obesity in their way.

Track your body!

Don’t forget to always do the track and have a record of your body weight and the growth. Start to schedule when you go to scale the weight and record it. See how much the program is worth it or not. If the program is success, continue it. If it is not, start to search the problem and try to find the solution.

Have a reward

Sometimes, it’s really hard to do the program. Your mind and body is start to indolent. You feel so lazy to continue the program. All you want to do is eat the food that you like. So, just let your body do it. Start to eat ice cream, sweet cake, bread, chocolate, meat, and other kind of delicious food for making you happy. But remember, do this just one in a week. You can decide Monday as your freedom day that you can eat the foods that you like. But remember, eat the foods in normal size. Do not take it overly!
