Each levels show you amount of consume the food which mean the more of level, the less to consume. First level or floor level in food pyramid is doing some exercise to make our body weight into ideal. Sometimes, if we work hard, we eat a lot of food. To make your body more balance, you have to out some calorie same as you add it. So, doing some exercise is the best way to burn the calorie! The second level of food pyramid is the water. We should drink water at least 8 glass per day. Water is really good for our health. It can support the absorption and reduce the detox in our body very well. The third level of food pyramid is all of the foods with high source of carbohydrates such as rice, potatoes, bread, corn, and cassava. It also called the primary food in our life which it consume in 3 portion of a day. But, do not consume primary food over the limit. Just eat it in normal portion. The fourth level of food pyramid is vegetables and fruits which role as the big source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. I suggest you to consume vegetables 3 until 5 portion in a day and fruits about 2 until 3 portions in a day. The fifth level of food pyramid is the source of protein such as meat, chicken, fish, tempeh, and tofu and the last level which it contain with the foods that should be limit to consume such as salt, sugar, and oil. Besides we should eat the foods with the food pyramid method, we should know how to eat properly for our digestion process. Some expert tell that we should chew the food about 30-50 times. If we do it, the foods will become softer and it will easy to absorb. This method is very effective for the overweight sufferer because it can makes your stomach full more fast than usual. During eat, the level of blood sugar increases and it could handle your natural appetite. So, it can prevent you to eat more than usual.
