How to not be stressed all the time? There are some people who enjoy feeling their stress in their life. Stress is part of their life and they never realize that they always follow their stress. It is dangerous and harmful for you who always feel stress. You will get mentally and physically problem because of your feeling. There are some people who feel extreme stress and they can’t continue their life because they finally commit suicide. It is bad decision because it is actually a way to escape from your problem and not to solve your stress. If you like to be free from your stress, it means you need to find a way to eliminate and to solve the cause of your stress. What you need to do then? There are some ways that possible to do to eliminate your stress especially to eliminate the source of your stress. What you need to first is changing your though because without positive thought you will not be able to solve your problem. Now, you can check some steps to eliminate stress from your life all the time

Identify Stressor in Your Life

When you like to be free from your stress, what you need to do first is identify the stressor. Identifying all the things that cause stress in your life will help you to eliminate it too. You can take 10 minutes to think about your stress and then the cause of your stress all the day. You need to identify too when the occurrence of your stress and because what activities. You can make top 10 list and then you can start to eliminate one by one. If you can’t eliminate it, what you need to do is making your stress less stressful. Second, what you can do is eliminating unnecessary commitments. There are some commitments in our life for examples commitments with kids, spouses, religious, hobbies, and some other things. When you like to eliminate your stress, what you need to do is to eliminate thing that will make you feel more stress. You don’t need to eliminate all your commitments but choose one or two that you think unnecessary.

Third, you don’t need to think that you can do all things by yourself. Sometime it makes you feel alone and desperate and finally you will feel so stress.  You better think that you have lots of friends that can help you when you get some troubles. You can ask help to your friend so your friend will help you and you can be free from your stressful situation. Sometime sharing with your friend about your problems in your life will make you feel better. Asking help can help you too to be free from your stressful situation. You don’t need to feel fear to ask help from other people because sometime people think that you can handle all things so they don’t need to help you.

Fourth, you need to organize all things. When you often feel so stress because some disorganize things, what you need to do is finding solution. You need to organize all things ad it will help you to eliminate your stress. Making all things in visual clutter will help you to organize and start all things in easy way too. How to organize all things in easy way? You should organize and not only move your stuffs into other areas because you will create new problems and new stress there.

Change Your Habit

If you like to know on how to not be stressed all the time, you need to change your habit. Some people who feel so stress in their life usually are people who have bad habit too. You who are being late for certain time need to change your habit too. Being late will make you feel so stress because you need to do all things in short and instant time. You will feel confuse to start your day when you are late too. What you need to do is respecting time. You need to always come on time and do all things on time so you can make all things in well-organized so you can reduce your stress level.  You will get good feeling because you change your small habit.

The next thing that you can do is controlling your feeling. You should not feel fear with your anxiety, worry and stress. What you need to do is combating your bad feeling in your life so you can cope your feeling and finally you can be free from your stress. You need to control your situation. You need to control your anxiety and the only thing that can control all of your feeling in yourself. Before you control all the world, what you need to do is controlling yourself. Some people often feel stress because they do multitasking. Sometime having multitasking will make you feel down and then feel so stress. What you need to do then? If you like to eliminate your stress because of this problem, you need to learn to do all things one by one. It helps you to focus on your problem and task one by one and then solve it not in the same time but you can try to do all step by step.

Feeling stress will need energy too. You will feel so tired when you feel stress all the time. Doing meditation and making some escape to certain places will help you to manage your stress and make your thought fresh and positive. You should not choose to go to place that will make you feel more stress for example to the mall. Mall is a place where you will feel more stress because you can’t buy certain thing because of finance condition or you can buy all things and then create new financial problem. You can go to the beach or to the mountain so you can feel better. You need to take a breath and do simple exercises that will make your body and your mental better. If you need to get help from other people, you can ask for the best help or companion. You can make yourself free from stress by avoiding some difficult people and make your life simple. It is important way that you must do on how to not be stressed all the time.
